General terms
Scope of Services Emunah Holistic Health provides personalised nutritional therapy aimed at supporting individuals to achieve improved wellbeing through evidenced based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
Emunah Holistic Health is not a registered general practitioner (GP) and is not legally allowed to diagnose clients.
Emunah Holistic Health will provide:
One to one consultations (initials and follow-up appointments)
Nutritional assessments
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans
Supplements recommendations and selected discounts on supplements for all clients
Functional testing and interpretation (when appropriate)
Online downloadable content
In person workshops
Social media education
Access to our community events in person and online
Emunah's functional nutritional therapists are:
College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) qualified and members of professional bodies such as the association of naturopathic practitioners (ANP), the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
Trained to a high level and committed to continued professional development
Knowledgable, approachable, empathetic and supportive
Consultations
Initial consultation
Duration: Up to 1.5 hours
Format: Preferably face to face but can also be virtual (via secure platform) based on client location
It is always encouraged to arrange a follow-up appointment after having an initial appointment with your therapist.
Pre consultation requirements
Full completion of initial consultation forms and/or follow-up forms returned a minimum of 7 days prior to appointments
Signed and agreed to terms and conditions ahead of initial consultation
Three day food diary must be completed and submitted before the appointment and/or brought to it
Cost of any services must be paid up front prior to appointment
Follow-up Consultations
Duration: Up to 45 minutes
Format: Face to face or virtual based on client location and preference
All follow-up forms must be completed and returned at least 7 days prior to first follow-up
Booking and cancellation
Initial appointments must be paid for in advance at time of booking and used within 30 days of purchase. If
Emunah Holistic Health is unavailable within this time frame they may extend the deadline at their discretion
Follow-up appointments should be booked at the end of each prior appointment
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a postponement of the appointment and a £40 basic fee to cover costs incurred to Emunah Holistic Health
Failure to attend a prearranged appointment without prior notice will incur a £40 basic fee to cover costs incurred to Emunah Holistic Health
It is always encouraged to arrange a follow-up appointment after having an initial appointment with your therapist. Please note that all appointments should be 4-6 weeks apart
For Emunah Holistic Health Subscribers/packages: Each monthly payment must be made upon the agreed upon date, until the price of the whole package is paid in full. Emunah Holistic Health requires a minimum of one months notice, prior to cancellation of a subscription package. The subscriber agrees to pay the remaining month/s off the subscription package upon cancellation. For example, if a subscriber has a four month package and cancels at one month, the remaining three months must be paid in full to cover the costs incurred to Emunah Holistic Health.
Health subscription packages
These health packages are a monthly subscription based service for a total of four consecutive months. These must be paid for monthly via a direct debit payment taken by a third party payment platform. These packages are suitable for clients who have already had their first initial consultation appointment with Emunah Holistic Health. Please note our packages DO NOT include a first initial consultation appointment which is needed before becoming one of our subscribers. These packages do however, include follow-up appointments which are appropriate after an initial appointment to continue the clients health journey and to make sure the initial personalised plan is still suitable for the client.
Please note: clients may only book one appointment per month. Appointments may be booked in advance with the therapist but this is down to the responsibility of the client to book any and all appointments. Subscribers will have access to everything listed in their particular package mentioned on our services page, such as 10% discount on selected supplements - this is something they can continue to benefit from after the four month package has expired. The monthly community calls will be live online calls with Emunah Holistic Health and its clients should they choose to attend. These calls will be educational and may also include time for a Q & A chat Please be aware that in order to keep client confidentiality and privacy according to GDPR, you may only take complex personal questions into individual appointments. The appropriate questions for these calls will be kept short and anonymous from other clients on the call by using the private chat function in the chat box on the call to ask questions. These will then be read out anonymously by Emunah Holistic Health and answered if appropriate for the call.
Downloadable content will be available periodically and is owned solely by Emunah Holistic Health unless otherwise specified. If you cannot make dates for the workshops, please note, no refunds or reductions for the packages will be given. Appointments will be stopped at the designated time for each appointment.
HTMA tests otherwise known as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is included in both packages. This is the general test that Emunah Holistic Health endeavours to use with every client to gain a better understanding of the client's individual health requirements. This test provides clarity for the client to further understand their body and any health challenges while also providing insight for the therapist. This test can be sent off by Emunah Holistic Health on behalf of the client or by the client themselves. Results will then be sent to Emunah Holistic Health to then share with the client. The results will be interpreted by the therapist from Emunah Holistic Health during the first follow-up appointment included in the package.
Payments and Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of booking
Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or no shows
Package deals are non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place
Any refunds in the case of emergency are at the discretion of Emunah Holistic Health
If upon observation, Emunah Holistic Health is unable to support a client, they may recommend another professional who is more suitable. A refund may be issued by Emunah Holistic Health if appropriate and it is at their discretion.
Supplements and Testing
Recommended supplements are not included in consultation fees
Emunah Holistic health encourages every client to have an HTMA if possible every six months to assess health requirements and review progress
Functional testing if suggested is charged separately, apart from health subscription packages which include one HTMA functional test (Hair Test Mineral Analysis)
Emunah Holistic Health is not liable or responsible for the outcome of any test results as these tests are conducted at third party independent laboratories
Your therapist from Emunah Holistic Health will explain if a test is recommended, make you aware of the cost, how the test works and show you an example of the test results
Tests will not be essential or forced, they will only be recommended if appropriate. They may give the therapist further clarity and understanding to know how to best support the client in terms of the personalised plan. We are sensitive to the fact that not everyone may have the budget for these at the time of recommendation and will endeavour to do our best for your health even if a test is not possible but has been recommended
Emunah Holistic Health receives a percentage of commission from certain supplements and tests
Medications
Emunah Holistic Health is not legally permitted to recommend that clients stop taking conventional medication. Should a client decide to refrain from taking conventional medication that has been recommended to them by their GP, or if a client decides to stop taking their conventional medication at any point, Emunah Holistic Health takes no responsibility for this or any potential side-effects. Emunah Holistic Health checks any and all possible interactions between any conventional medication and any supplements that they may want to recommend for the client. If a client has been taking any supplements prior to Emunah Holistic Health, Emunah Holistic Health is not responsible for any side effects from these. If a client changes conventional medication or begins taking any conventional medication or supplements without notifying Emunah Holistic Health before starting them, then Emunah Holistic Health cannot be responsible for any potential side-effects. Emunah Holsitic Health is not responsible for any potential side effects from supplements, diet or lifestyle suggestions where Emunah Holistic Health was not given all the necessary information about the clients health in appointments. For example if a client does not tell Emunah Holistic Health about a current pregnancy and supplements are recommended that are not suitable for pregnancy, Emunah Holistic Health is not responsible for any potential side-effects
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete health information
Inform Emunah Holistic Health of any changes in health status or medication
Follow the agreed upon nutrition plan to the best of their ability
Attend scheduled appointments punctually
Arrange next appointment with therapist after an appointment
Complete all necessary forms in the required time frame
Share any available test results from the GP with Emunah Holistic Health
Ensure all payments are completed by the required time
Clients are responsible for any known allergies or sensitivities
Clients are encouraged to note down any questions or concerns they have between sessions and bring these to their next scheduled appointment, apart from cases of emergency where they should contact Emunah Holistic Health promptly via email. Emunah Holistic Health can only conduct accurate services based on the information received from its clients. Therefore, clients are encouraged to be as honest as they can when in appointments and on the forms provided
Limitations of Service
Our Nutritional therapists are not qualified General Practitioners, dieticians or councillors, nor can they diagnose medical conditions
Nutritional therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment
Emunah Holistic Health does not offer free nutritional advice via email, phone, or any other communication channels outside of paid appointments or packages
Emunah Holistic Health may request to consult with the client's GP if they have concerns regarding a medical condition
Emunah Hoslitic Health reserves the right to contact authoritative bodies if they feel a client is in danger from a third party, to themselves or others.
In the event of an emergency, and at the discretion of Emunah Holistic Health, they will contact you directly should a situation arise needing immediate attention
Outside of business hours (including weekends), response times may be limited
Emunah Holistic Health will only be available via email, arranged appointments or the monthly online calls via our packages. Phone calls will only be available should Emunah Holistic Health deem it necessary to call a client in case of emergency
Ability to regularly communicate via phone is for salon clients to book appointments only
Accessibility
There is currently no wheelchair access
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client information is kept strictly confidential
Personal data is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations
Clients have a right to access their personal data upon request
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during consultations or online are the intellectual property of Emunah Holistic Health
Reproduction or distribution of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken
Liability
Emunah Holistic Health is not liable for any adverse reactions to recommended dietary changes or supplements
Termination of Services
Emunah Holistic Health reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms and conditions
Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms

Emunah Holistic Hair
Emunah Organic Hair provides hair cutting, styling, colour and beauty solutions with high quality natural ingredients to improve the health and wellbeing of clients hair through evidence based, non toxic alternatives to traditional hair products.
Appointments
All payments must be made in full before leaving the premises of the salon.
If a client is unwell, and it is within 48 hours of onset, please reschedule your appointment with us at a later date.
If you have had any change of medication or vaccination within 2 weeks of your scheduled appointment, please contact Emunah Holistic Hair to reschedule as these can effect the result.
If you have had a vaccine within 2 weeks of your appointment, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of the appointment. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of your booked appointment for costs incurred to Emunah Holistic Hair. If this is not paid promptly, the charge will be added to your following appointment.
Clients must allow for the necessary time for each hair appointment. It is not the responsibility of Emunah Holistic Hair if timings clash due to a scheduling conflict. Please note that the service booked in for cannot be changed on the day. For example if a client has booked in for a full head of highlights but in the appointment they decide they only want a half head of highlights, Emunah Holistic Hair can carry this service out for you but you will be charged for the full head of highlights as per the booking.
If a client would like extra highlights when having a T-section or a half head of highlights outside of the usual pattern that Emunah Holistic Hair follows, the client will be charged for these extras.
Please note a wet cut does not include any hair drying, if a client would like their hair dried the service will then change to a cut and blow-dry, this will only be possible if time permits.
Skin tests are free of charge and must legally be carried out 48 hours prior to the first ever colour appointment and every six months thereafter.
If a client is not satisfied with the outcome of their appointment, and upon inspection, Emunah Holistic Hair feels that the service did not meet the usual standard of quality, Emunah Holistic Hair may choose to rectify the service free of charge. However, if upon inspection Emunah Holistic Hair feels the client has changed their mind post appointment or did not communicate what they wanted adequately but the service met the usual standard of quality, Emunah Holistic Hair may offer the client a discount to rectify the service.
Hair colour should not be applied to the hair of pregnant women for the first 12 weeks of their pregnancy.
Legal
Medications and hormones can effect the outcome of hair colour. Emunah Holistic Hair takes no responsibility if there has been no notification of this prior to the appointment or in the event of a pregnancy
Hair colour will not be applied to clients under the age of 16 as per the National Hairdressers and Beauty Therapists Foundation (NHBF).
